Three Stage Payment
Payment can be made in three stages, as outlined below. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth booking process:

1. A non-refundable deposit of £70 per person is required upon booking, to be paid directly to CLAS.
2. Between 1 April and 1 May 2026, please make your payment to Scarman directly through their website at http://www.kxregistration.warwick.ac.uk/CLAS2026. This payment must be made using a debit or credit card only.
3. The final balance is to be paid to CLAS by 1 May 2026.

Payments Due

• Deposit: £70.00
• Full Festival CLAS Member Balance: £197.00
• Full Festival Non-CLAS Member Balance: £258.00
• Single Session CLAS Member Balance: £64.00
• Single Session Non-CLAS Member Balance: £125.00

Cancellations
If you notify us on or before 1 May 2026, we will refund your payment, minus the £70 deposit. Unfortunately, after this date, refunds cannot be issued.

NOTE: After selecting Deposit as the Payment Type and adding it to your basket, go to your Basket page. When you are ready, click “Proceed to Checkout.” You will then be directed to the Checkout page, where you can indicate your first, second, and third choices for each session. Please ensure all selections are clearly marked before completing your booking. Please indicate your second and third choices, as we cannot always guarantee a place in your first choice.
