* For overseas members this will be included with your second mailing or after payments have been cleared. UK applicants must enclose an SAE if they require a receipt.

Section 2   Subscription rate

The annual membership fee is £25.

Those in full-time education in the UK pay the student rate of £17 (please include a photocopy of your student's card).

There is an additional Air Mail surcharge, of £7 for members outside the EEC making a total of £32.

If you pay UK tax, Gift Aid enables us to reclaim tax on your subscription, without any charge to you, whilst benefiting the Society. In order for CLAS to reclaim the tax on your payments, you must be paying an amount of UK income tax or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax we reclaim from the Inland Revenue (currently 28p for every £1 you send).

I am currently a UK taxpayer. Please treat all my payments to the Calligraphy and Lettering Arts Society from today until further notice as Gift Aid. (If you are not a UK taxpayer, or do not wish to utilise Gift Aid, please delete this paragraph.)
