CLAS Fellows
Margaret Morgan
Learning italic handwriting at school started me off. Graphics training, specialising in typography, then work in advertising, packaging and display design sustained me until a serious interest in, and study of, calligraphy in the 1980s showed me new horizons.
The four books I have had published are an extension of my teaching activities. Recent work is more contemporary in flavour, exploring drawn and brush-written letterforms. Made Fellow of CLAS in 2002.
